At Taarini, every crystal and healing tool is chosen with love and intention. Because our products are natural, unique, and energy-sensitive, we follow a clear and fair return & refund policy to protect both our customers and the sanctity of our healing items.
1. Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted only in case of wrong, damaged, or defective items received.
- To be eligible, you must notify us within 3 days of delivery with:
- Clear photos and
- A complete unboxing video (from the moment the sealed package is opened, showing the product clearly).
- Without an unboxing video, no returns or refunds will be accepted.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the delicate and personal nature of healing items, the following are not eligible for return or refund:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Crystals with natural variations in size, shape, color, or inclusions (these are marks of authenticity, not defects).
- Used or unsealed products (e.g., jewellery that has been worn, crystal kits that have been opened).
- Customized or personalized products.
3. Refunds
- Once we receive and verify the returned item, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
4. Replacements
- If the same item is available, you may request a replacement instead of a refund.
- Replacements are offered only for wrong, damaged, or defective products supported by an unboxing video.
5. Shipping for Returns
- If the error was on our side (wrong/damaged product), return shipping costs will be borne by us.
- If not, the customer is responsible for safely returning the item. We recommend secure packaging, as we cannot refund items damaged in return transit.
6. Order Cancellations
- Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled.
- If you wish to cancel, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
